Web Design Projects
For all new web design projects, we work in two installments. First payment of 50% is due at proposal signing. The last payment is due prior to site launch.

Web Design Updates
All web design updates are billed at an hourly rate. If there will be ongoing (monthly) updates, you will be invoiced at the end of every month for all work done that month. For one time, or large (over 2 hour) updates, you will be presented with a proposal prior to start, with a 50% deposit required. Final payment must be made prior to launch of update.

Printing and Stationery Design & Ordering
For all print design projects a 50% deposit is required at proposal signing. Payment in full is required before release of final artwork files. All printing fees are required to be paid in full at time of placing your order. If we are designing your stationery, the full amount will be due in advance as well.

Logo Design / Corporate Identity Projects
Logo design projects require a deposit of 50%, and balance due upon completion. Payment in full is required before release of final artwork files.

Graphic Design Work
Design work for all other design work will be paid in two installments, with a 50% deposit due at proposal signing, and balance due before final art is released, or printed.
