Case Study — Eagle Bar Wilton Manors
A logo. A building. A concept. That's what Eagle Bar started with — and that's where we started together. What followed was a decade of brand identity, web design, weekly event graphics, marketing campaigns, and an evolving partner ecosystem. Here's how it came together.
Then
When Eagle Bar Wilton Manors first came to Blue Tomato, the venue didn't exist yet — not in the way customers would eventually know it.
There was a logo. There was a building. There was a concept for what the place could be. There was no website, no campaign system, no event branding, no partner network. Just possibility.
The work
We started with the visual foundation — expanding the logo into a working brand system, then designing and building the website that would become the venue's digital storefront.
From there: weekly event graphics, email and SMS campaigns, the Leather Twink Bear Weekend festival identity, partner co-branding for 16+ ongoing collaborations, and ongoing marketing across every channel that mattered.
No templates. No shortcuts. Every piece designed to fit the venue's evolving personality.
Now
Eagle Bar Wilton Manors is now one of South Florida's most recognized venues for its community — with 10+ recurring weekly events, an annual festival drawing visitors from across the country, and a partner network that spans bars, hotels, sponsors, and creators.
And we're still designing for them. Every week. Every campaign. Every collaboration.
Logo expansion, color system, typography rules, photography style, and applied design across every customer touchpoint — signage to social.
Full website design and build at eaglebarwm.com — happy hour and events, a calendar of weekly programming, partner showcases, and contact infrastructure.
A library of event visuals refreshed every week, every season — built to feel cohesive as a brand and distinct as individual moments. 52 weeks a year, every year.
Leather Twink Bear Weekend — the venue's flagship annual festival. Identity, applied graphics, web presence, sponsor materials, and on-site visuals.
Ongoing weekly email and SMS marketing — designed templates, copywriting partnership, and visual production for every send.
Co-branded materials and collaboration graphics for the 16+ ongoing partners — sponsors, sister venues, and visiting creators — that share the Eagle Bar audience.
Eagle Bar isn't a project that wrapped — it's a working partnership that's still going. The benefit of a long client relationship is that the brand can evolve with the business instead of staying frozen at launch. Year over year, the work compounds.
Got something that's just a logo, a building, and an idea?
The Eagle Bar story started with a single conversation. Yours can too. Doesn't matter if you're at day one or year ten — I'm always looking for work that gets to grow.
